Rules & Fine Print

The Basics

At least 50% of the commission price is required up front, unless otherwise discussed for larger or long-term projects. Unless we are physically unable to finish your commission, (such a suffering an injury) this is non-refundable.

Respect the Will and Will Nots. "Will Nots" are non-negotiable. If what you want is not directly stated on either list, though, feel free to ask--there is no harm in asking.

We retain the non-exclusive rights to our art. You may, however, use your commissioned piece as you see fit, including commercially, but you must be clear about your intentions. The only struct limitations are we will never, ever, ever consent to our art being used for NFTs or to train AI. This is an absolute, strict no.

Turnaround time is roughly one month--but larger and more complex pieces may take longer, and life may get in my way. I will be transparent with you every step of the way and give regular updates.

Prices will be adjusted based on the level of detail of your commission, references or lack thereof provided, and/or other factors if they come up. We will be transparent about this before we start your piece.

We reserve the right to decline a commission at any time. We won't, generally, but we do reserve the right.

Payment must be made through Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo. We don't accept any other payment form. Due to Paypal's terrible policies, Cashapp or Venmo are preferred.

Will Do

Content we are 100% comfortable with and will have no qualms with.

  • Fanart; Transformers are a specialty

  • Concept art from a description or collection of references*
  • Gore, Horror, and NSFW**
  • Adult Content**

* Extra detailed designs, (like Transformers movie style) designs needed to be built from the ground up or without references, and large projects are subject to extra costs. We will be transparent about this.

** Subject to other terms, please contact for more info. 18+ only.

Won't Do

Our boundaries regarding what we will not draw.

  • Nothing that glorifies or romantisizes problematic or illegal elements.
  • Real people (unless with the permission of the people involved)
  • Nothing excessively gross

For Larger Projects

I have my own big projects, and while I'm open to taking on others, I will require at least two months time.

Time constraints will cost extra--and we require at least one month of notice and full payment up front for that.
